So, last night I was listening to KUT 90.5.  Why would one listen to public radio on a Friday night?  Well, just because of the new best, coolest, most hip DJ in Austin.  Oh, yeah.  Ms. Laurie Gallardo is now doing the 11 pm - 3 am slot on Friday nights.  And since Laurie will be, I’m sure, the best DJ ever, this will be the best show ever.  Congratulations, Laurie!
In fact, the show got off to a great start.  Lots of local music from bands like the Black Angels, Ghostland Observatory, Tacks the Boy Disaster, the Lemurs, and more.  And a plug for US!  That’s right.  Laurie told her listeners all about how the Unbearables and Loaded Gun Theory were producing this zombie musical thing.  Thanks, Laurie!
